Can someone help me understand the location of the numbers for water adjustment and the difference in the two numbers I have circled. I'm trying to figure out why the sparge additions show under the mash tab but the mash addition don't and the acid addition listed below the mash tab is different for the sparge then what is listed under the mash tab.
