Has anyone mixed to differant styles of beer when bottling or kegging? my last bottling session I bottled a fresh hop smoked porter and an I2PA. not enough of either to fill one last bottle so I combined them... Haven't popped one yet.....  :-/

I occasionally make black and tans with some Stout and Pale Ale.  It works pretty well if you use a spoon to smooth the pour of the stout.

Cheers!

My wife mixed the dopplebock and a wheat when they were both on tap.  Said she liked it better that way.  I was a bit mortified, but tasted it and it was good.
