Many of the malts, hops, yeasts and other additives are provided by the community.  You can add these malts very easily to your version of BeerSmith.

Open up your malt profiles by clicking on 'ingredients' > 'grain'.  On the toolbar there will be an icon labeled 'add grain'.  Clicking this will open up a blank ingredient window.  You can then enter all the data from the malt specification sheet into the form and click on 'ok' to save it to your listing of grains and fermentables.

Recycle your grains, feed them to a goat!

Have you checked the "Add-ons" button in BS2?
