Looking for recommendations for cllean Safale Yeast to add to the bottling bucket prior to bottling a lager that has been cold conditioning for 6 weeks.  And recommendations for how much to use for a 5 gallon batch.

Greetings CheersToGreatBeers - I have used CBC in the past with pretty good success:

However, I'm not certain how it will work at cold condition temperatures. You may need to bottle condition at 68-72 degrees F in order for this product to condition properly. I used the entire package for a 5 gallon batch.

Hope this helps!

Good luck!!
