We have a little beer-making club in our orchestra here in Southern Denmark. We have an all-grain/corny keg setup. We've been brewing for about three years, and have made a variety of beers. We're about to try making a pilsner for the first time next week.

Hi SDPBrewmasters, Only advice I can give regarding making a pilsner, is make sure you get the best imported German or Czech malt. Since its the only malt that goes into the beer, it's gotta be good. And dont underpitch your yeast...the most important. The two mistakes I have made in the past. Fermenting temperature has to be constant (11 - 12 deg C). Good luck.

Cheers, Kev.
