Hello to all Forum or, as we used to say in Italy, " Ciao " .

I'm happy to meet you all .

I'm a young homebrewer even if I'm 38 yeas old.  I started last year with kits and now I'm trying to emprove my recipes with a "all in one machine" as Grainfather ...

I' from  the North East part of Italy : the South Of Verona ( You know... " Romeo and Juliet", "The Arena " , "Amarone wine , ...) .

I love kraft beers and the small ( compared to US and EU companies) Italian "birre artigianali " .
