Hi,

We've had a couple weeks of particularly cold weather (below 5 deg. C) and i've had a batches carbonating in a semi-insulated shed. Having just opened a couple of bottles it appears that no carbonation has taken place.

If I were to move the bottles to a warmer place will the carbonation process begin again or is this batch a lost cause?

Thanks

Move the bottles to someplace around room temperature 18C to 20C for a couple of weeks.  Especially ale yeasts need to be in this range to be active.

Thanks, hopefully the yeast will spring back to life
