Hi,
Anyone have any ideas on the best way to grow up 1L of Brett purchased from White Labs @ 500,000 cells per ml for an 800 Litre batch of 100% Brett beer at 1.045. Should I divide it up into 5 sets of 250ml and grow them all up seperately or would anyone have a tried a tested technique? First commercial Brett pitch in a brewpub. Final destination is 6717 billion cells I believe.
