I have a new PC build and want to transfer BS to my new machine. The old PC has been reformatted. I downloaded BS and sent several emails via the "help" tab and I still have not received an activation code for BS. Who do I contact? How do I activate BS?

Send a direct email to beersmith at beersmith.com. We normally respond to these very quickly so I'm wondering if there is an issue with your email provider blocking BeerSmith.com?
