Hi all,

I've been trying to figure this out myself for a week or so, I guess it's time to call in reinforcements.

I'm trying to add some hopped extracts to BeerSmith2. I've started work at an extract brewery, all the recipes are prebuilt by the supplier. As you can guess I want to play a little!

The extract comes in 5 varieties of varying colour/flavour and IBU. Liquid extract comes in 25Kg units at 60brix (1.292).

Here's the hard part:
I know the colour and IBU of each extract once diluted to 12.5 brix (1050).

Wort A is 11ebc and 19IBU.
12 units of A in an 1146L batch produces a wort at 1.048 that is 10 ebc and 15 IBU

Even if I can get the info to add them diluted extracts to BeerSmith it would be a step in the right direction.

I'm in Australia so metric is my preferred system.

Thanks
