Hello from Calgary

Hello,

I've been on sabbatical from (all-grain) brewing and just resumed with a Grainfather.  Made two batches - a London porter and Belgian pale ale.  It's good to be smelling hops again!

I tell people when they happen to be over on brew-day, "the aroma you're smelling is the aroma of heaven". I agree, the smell of hops wafting throughout my brewery is truly amazing.
