Hey all

I am an italian homebrewer, started about a couple of years ago with kits, then I made the e+g step and now I am about to making my first all grain batch (BIAB): a black IPA/AIPA slightly customized with the addition of a percentage of wheat malts, thanks tho the amazing Beersmith software for allowing me to easily plan my ideas :)
