I am brewing on a 3bbl system and am stilll trying to fine tune my system.
I understand that there are so many different variable that will effect the items of the equipment profile (mash temp and water requirements mainly). Can someone help me adjust me equipment profile and the other settings to fine tune this.
For instance; I know that I need 172 degree water in my HLT to get a mash temp of 152. How can I adjust this so that it shows correctly?
Also, is there a way to manually input what you want the mash temp to be per recipe?
