how would I put in under boil additions .75 corn sugar . what is (simple select hop blend) and how to put that in. that would be in boil additions also.





 
Double click on the ingredient to open a window.  Change it to "add to boil" and put the minutes.  The minutes is the amount of minutes left in the boil.
 
Look for Dextrose.  My Beersmith lists it in the grain section of ingredients as 'Corn Sugar (Dextrose)'.
 
thanks Scott I  found it. as for the simple select hop blend 1 oz. I don't have any numbers to put in
