In this help section, you make this statement.

"To get an accurate viability reading, be sure to edit each yeast and enter the production date for the yeast packet"

You should consider adding the recipes "date" as it is part of your yeast viability calculation.

Let me make a correction as my description was vague.

In this help section, you make this statement.

"To get an accurate viability reading, be sure to edit each yeast and enter the production date for the yeast packet"

The above is correct but Beersmith also uses the recipes date as part of the viability reading.  You should modify this statement to include the recipe date.
