Transferring BeerSmith 2.2

I've read about transferring BeerSmith from an old to new computer, but I want to verify one aspect: Does the BeerSmith disc only allow for one "license," like Microsoft Office programs/ Windows often do? In other words, will I be able to load BeerSmith from the disc to my new computer, or will it be rejected because the software has already been downloaded to my old computer? If this is the case, is there a way to undo my registration from my old computer so it can be put on the new computer? Thanks and cheers!
