just was wondering if anyone has used this to adjust sprauge water? will it work? (MRS.WAGES citric acid) the package dose not say what strength it is and the brew software always asks for the strength. it dose say that it is 98% citric acid an <2%silacon dioxide for anticaking.

Citric Acid has a relatively strong flavor that would favor few styles of beer. Read more about it in Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers by John Palmer and Colin Kaminski.

the strength is 98%!

If you want to use it, assume you do, Bru'n water sparge acidification page has an option for citric and you can set the % and it will give you ml.  Dose with an eyedropper.  20 drips = 1 ml.

thanks kernelcrush" (Dose with an eyedropper.  20 drips = 1 ml.)" that will come in handy with small amounts.
