Title: Recipes storage folder?????
Post by: 100Million on December 13, 2013, 09:34:36 AM
when someone sends me a beer recipe, What folder do I put it in.... When I open it in BS2 it does not show up in BS2 when I close and reopen BS2.

Can someone please help me out.

I can drag and drop the recipe from my email to the desktop and open it by clicking on the icon.... but it doesn't permanently load and stay in BS2,

Plus I don't want 20 recipes on my desktop.....

Thanks

Chris

Can you copy or cut the recipe and then paste it into the folder where you want to keep it?   Copy makes a copy and places it in the clipboard (for pasting), where Cut moves the original into the clipboard so you don't have to go back and delete the original.

Once it's open in BS, simply do a save as into the folder of your choice.  Other than that, it won't be saved if you simply close BS
