I've posted a new BeerSmith build 2.0.64 (beta) with a number of fixes (including the autosave problem, better key management, etc...).
UPDATE: This release has been superceded by the official release (2.0.65) here:

I am planning additional updates in the near future as well as an upgrade which will add new major features in the coming months.
