My next brew will be 4/9/13 (after my double shift at the Gastropub)...i am doing "Summer Wheat AnticIPAtion"..lol
7 lbs 2-Row
4 lbs Wheat Malt
2 lbs Munich
1 lbs Crystal malt
1st wort w/ 1oz simcoe,
30 min 0.5oz Sorachi Ace
10 min 0.5oz Sorachi Ace
Aroma Steep 0.5oz Ahtanum
Dry Hop 0.5oz Ahtanum
california yeast
I have been Brewing partial mashes for a few years (about 45 5 gallon batches) and have brewed 3 All-Grain recipies with a friend before getting my own gear and Doing all-grain brewing on my own (YAAAY)
THIS wheat IPA will be the third brew in my new gear.....looking forward to cracking open a bottle down the road!

Anybody have an opinion on whether or not i should add coriander and bitter orange peel to the beer like i have in regular wheats?
PRIMARY: English Brown, Summer Wheat
BOTTLE-CONDITIONG: Kolsch
DRINKING: Russian Imp Stout and Red Wheat IIPA
MEADS: various stages of primary/secondary/bottle-aging..about 18 batches
