Enjoyed the interview. I have suspected that Chris was a passionate home brewer, and he confirms his passion in the interview. I have the book First Steps in Yeast Culture by Pierre Rajotte and practiced the plating techniques with satisfaction. Our hobby can be the basis of a thorough education in many sciences. Keep up the great work Chris.

Thanks for sharing the interview with Chris. It is always exciting to hear how people got their start in brewing, and how that has literally shaped his life!
