pretty big on the English ales myself. was wondering if you could give me some input on my recipe. i keep tweaking it but as for now it consists of:
Maris Otter 3.5 lbs
American pale 1 lbs
amber malt 0.2 lbs
roasted barley 0.2 lbs
light DME 4 lbs
EKG 1.6 oz @60
EKG 1.4 0z @10
EKG 1 oz @KO
