Brewer: Brent Gibson
Boil Size: 0.00 galAsst Brewer: Dana Gibson
Boil Time: 30 min Equipment: My Equipment
Taste Rating(out of 50): 35.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: -
Taste Notes: I wanted to experiment with Saaz as an ale hop. Iknow some may see this as a sin but I really love the crisp taste saaz gives. And this beer is no exception a crisp clean drinking ale but wthh that unmistakable Saaz flavour!
