Brewer: Chris Poel (Cj in j)
Boil Size: 6.79 galAsst Brewer:

Taste Rating(out of 50): 46.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00

Notes

[Note: "Hop Blend" consists of 1 oz each of Amarillo (7.8%), Cascade (4.0%), and Centennial (5.9%) whole hops.]
Mash at 150F for 45-60 min. Mash out at 170F. Collect enough wort to allow for an 80-minute boil leaving 5.5 gallons of wort in fermenter. Ferment at 67-69F for 5-6 days, transfer to secondary for a week before bottling. Alternatively, after primary, transfer to corny keg with 2.25 oz of corn sugar, keep at fermentation temperature for 1-2 weeks, chill, and drink. (If bottling, prime with 4 oz of corn sugar.)
