Notes

Batch 72. 14 YTD 70 gal.
1st brew with new 10 gal MLT. Went over volume. Have 6 gal in fermenter. Missed OG also but will still hit at least 7%.
Drop the crystal and add 2 lbs of Minich at least According to homebrew.com
Racked to secondary 12/20/04. Smells and taste great. I dont know If we need change anything.
Bottled on 12/31/04. Taste is perfect. color great. very clear.
