Boil Time: 75 min Equipment: My Equipment
Taste Rating(out of 50): 35.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.00
Taste Notes: Tastes really, really good. Would be great as a smaller beer, or as an even bigger barleywine version, maybe about 9% (maybe SG 88-20?)
4/14 - It is a tasty beer. Phenolics are mellowing a bit and hops are coming together well. Not sure I'd change anyth
