| Notes |
| Started my yeast 4 days prior to brew , pitching yeast culture volume=150ml. Watch out, the high alcohol and alpha acid content might stall carbonation. I used Coopers carbination drops at bottle and it took a longer time to carbonate than I expected. I recomend at least 4 weeks at a cooler temp than 75.0F |
