Brewer: Brian Smith
Boil Size: 3.98 galAsst Brewer:
Boil Time: 45 min Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 45.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: -
Taste Notes: Sweet and malty after a month. Hoppy, warm finish after 2 months. Had some put away to try every year...after 3 years it tasted more like a really good Port wine than a beer.
