Batch Size: 5.00 gal

Brewer: Brian Smith
Boil Size: 3.98 galAsst Brewer:
Boil Time: 45 min Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 45.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: -
Taste Notes: Clear, head stays until the end, and is very smooth. Hops come through as expected (thankfully, or it'd be too sweet). Only bummer is the low alcohol...different yeast next time.
