Summer Citron

Type: Extract

Date: 4/19/1997

Batch Size: 5.00 gal

Brewer: Brian Smith
Boil Size: 3.98 galAsst Brewer:
Boil Time: 45 min Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 30.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: -
Taste Notes: Just ok...totally different from previous lime beer. Very low alcohol...didn't ferment out; I attribute it to Edme changing their yeast (my next several batches had the same problem).
