Montreal to Maine Summer Ale

Type: Extract

Date: 7/7/2002

Batch Size: 5.00 gal

Brewer: Brian Smith
Boil Size: 3.98 galAsst Brewer:
Boil Time: 45 min Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon)
Taste Rating(out of 50): 40.0 Brewhouse Efficiency: -
Taste Notes: Better than last summer. I think the higher ABV helped balance the lime. Maybe not a typical "summer slammer", but a good beer none-the-less.
