Notes

Start with 3 gals of water. Steep Grain at 155F for 45-50 Mins. Remove bag, and begin boil. At boil, remove from heat and add extract. Stir vigorously. Add 2.5 gals of water to bring to 5.5 Gals liquid. Add 1oz Cascade in bag. Boil 55 mins. Add 1 oz Cascade at finish. Hope to provide a little "citrus" flavor using this hop. Ferment at 72-75F for 4-5 days. Drain trub and let ferment another 4 days, draining tubub once a day. Keg at 1.025 or less final gravity. Do not use rapid force carbonation. Chill at least 5 days. FG 1.020-1.030
