Description

The Setup Wizard starts automatically when you run BeerSmith for the first time.  It allows you to configure units and basic preferences for using BeerSmith.

The Setup wizard is only three pages long, so please take the time to set these basic options.

Note - You can change these settings at any time using the Options command on the Tools menu.

Use

bulletRead the introductory page and press the Next button.
bulletEdit the Units Page to set your preferred brewing units.  In most cases you can press one of the Set Units To... buttons at the bottom of the dialog to set all of the units at once.  See the Units Options Page for a detailed description.
bulletEdit the Brewing Options page to set your basic brewing preferences.  These preferences are used as the default in creating new recipes.  It is critical that you set your brewing equipment by pressing the Choose button, and also that you enter your preferred Brewing Type.  See the Brewing Options Page for more details.
bulletPress the Finish button to close the wizard and start using BeerSmith.
